SC Village Paintball Park is one of the first and the largest paintball and airsoft park in the world. We have been servicing the paintball community for over 30 years.

We are looking for part-time Team Members to join our team as Referees and Cashiers in a family friendly, exciting, and fast paced environment. We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills, who are able to work in a team oriented environment.

Team Members will:

• monitor game play and players on and off the field

• enforce the safety rules

• perform safety rules debriefing of customers

• chronograph paintball and airsoft markers

• Demonstrate excellent customer service

• Assist guests in payment and registration

• Enforce the safety rules of the park

• Issue rental equipment to guests

• and other tasks as needed by management.

Potential candidates should enjoy working with a team focused on delivering an exceptional customer service experience. In addition to:

• Have a positive and cheerful attitude that will enable you to achieve the highest level of customer service.

• excellent communication skills.

• Work well in a fast-paced, busy environment, and stay calm under pressure.

• Must be able to stand, sit, reach, grasp, squat, bend, run for extended periods of time; must be able to lift 25 lbs on a daily basis.

• Must be okay working in an outdoor environment

• Must be able to use walkie-talkie radios and whistles.

• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays (Saturday &/or Sunday).

• Be computer proficient.

• Must be willing to cross train between different positions (i.e. Roles may include Cashier & Equipment Rental Clerk)

• Paintball and/or Airsoft experience preferred but not required.

Pay Rate

• Pay Rate is California Minimum wage
• Discounted entry for the employee (after introductory period)
• Discounted entry for family (after introductory period)
• Discounts on merchandise (after introductory period)

SC Village is a perfect part-time weekend job for college students or those looking for a second weekend only job!
