We are looking for part-time Team Members to join our team as Referees and Cashiers in a family friendly, exciting, and fast paced environment. We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills, who are able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Team Members will:

• monitor game play and players on and off the field
• enforce the safety rules
• perform safety rules debriefing of customers
• chronograph paintball and airsoft markers
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Assist guests in payment and registration
• Enforce the safety rules of the park
• Issue rental equipment to guests
• and other tasks as needed by management.

Pay Rate

• Pay Rate is California Minimum wage
• Discounted entry for the employee (after introductory period)
• Discounted entry for family (after introductory period)
• Discounts on merchandise (after introductory period)

Potential candidates should enjoy working with a team focused on delivering an exceptional customer service experience. In addition to:

• Have a positive and cheerful attitude that will enable you to achieve the highest level of customer service.
• excellent communication skills.
• Work well in a fast-paced, busy environment, and stay calm under pressure.
• Must be able to stand, sit, reach, grasp, squat, bend, run for extended periods of time; must be able to lift 25 lbs. daily.
• Must be okay working in an outdoor environment
• Must be able to use walkie-talkie radios and whistles.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays (Saturday &/or Sunday).
• Be computer proficient.
• Must be willing to cross train between different positions (i.e., Roles may include Cashier & Equipment Rental Clerk)
• Paintball and/or Airsoft experience preferred but not required.
