Part-time Park Administration Manager for weekends only

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and qualified Part-Time (Weekends and some Weekdays) Manager for our Chino location.
 
The position is responsible for assisting in the overall and general daily operations of the facility as well as the following listed responsibilities (not limiting to):
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high-level of customer service to guests that visit the park on a daily basis.
  • Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the Park.
  • Participates in and coordinates the design and implementation of data collection and analysis systems for the Park, to include computer, and/or network systems, applications programs, and administrative procedures.
  • Assist and coordinate with General, Administration, and Executive Management in Marketing and Promoting the company, the various locations, and special events through direct customer contact, special events off-site, and online forums such as company websites, internet message boards, and social networking websites (ie; Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc…)
  • Coordinate and communicate with Supervisors, Assistant Managers, Location Managers, General Managers, Administration/HR Managers, and Executive Management.
  • Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
  • Assist management in generating staff scheduling for employees for operation hours.
  • Insure staff is following all safety procedures in accordance and compliance with the company policy, Workers Compensation, local, state, and federal policies and regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
  • Facilitate effective communications and serve as liaison between vendors, carriers, stores, community groups, management, and the employee.  
  • Oversees the supervision of one or more specified operating and/or service activities within the Park, as appropriate.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 
Requirements:
  • High-School Diploma (College-preferred)
  • Management experience required or retired military or retired police officer.
  • Management/supervisory experience in the amusement park industry is highly preferred.
  • Available to work on weekends and nights.
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation.  Must be willing to do some travel.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to collect and analyze data and trends; ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Demonstrates success in providing excellent customer service and bringing problems to an effective resolution with a shared sense of urgency.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Must possess the ability to make quick and decisive decisions, multi-task and meet set deadlines.
  • Complies with and maintains company confidentiality practices and policies
  • Must be able to interact professionally with all company employees and outside persons.
  • The ability to create, follow, maintain, and spearhead special projects as assigned by General, Administrative, and Executive management.
  • Strong working knowledge of general computer use (Microsoft Word and Excel) and various internet use (Social Networking sites: Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter).
  • Must be willing to learn, train, and expand in various operations and departments as needed.
