Description

Supervisor I will:

  • Leadership skills to train/coach other employees in all areas of the park.

  • Being a good example for other employees to imitate.

  • Assisting other employees with questions

  • Ensuring all team members follow policies, procedures policies including but not limited to; safety, meal and rest periods, daily activities.

  • Completing the training grade sheet for Safety Monitors and assigning them to the Head Safety Monitor and ensure correct training policy is being done.

  • Enforces policies and procedures relating to problems which occur during business operation.

  • Enforces uniform standards.

 

Potential candidates should enjoy working with a team focused on delivering an exceptional customer service experience. In addition to:

  • Have a positive and cheerful attitude that will enable you to achieve the highest level of customer service.

  • excellent communication skills.

  • Work well in a fast-paced, busy environment, and stay calm under pressure.

  • Must be able to stand, sit, reach, grasp, squat, bend, run for extended periods of time; must be able to lift 25 lbs on a daily basis.

  • Must be okay working in an outdoor environment

  • Must be able to use walkie-talkie radios and whistles.

  • Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays (Saturday &/or Sunday).

  • Be computer proficient.

  • Must be willing to cross train between different positions

  • Paintball and/or Airsoft experience preferred but not required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to speak effectively before groups, guests, Team Members, and managers of the organization.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Pay Rate

  • Pay Rate is $18.50 per hour
  • Discounted entry for the employee (after introductory period)

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. These situations may involve Team Members and guests.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form/

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • CPR preferred, but not required.
